What data we collect and why
Account data (required)
- ×Username — to identify you within the platform and display your Hunter profile
- ×Email address — to create and manage your account, send you system notifications
Optional data
- ×Home address — collected only if you choose to provide it, used to send physical items by post (Welcome Letter, Hunter Card, and similar community rewards)
Behavioural data
- ×Usage data, page views, session duration — collected via Google Analytics (G-CPQ35Z5KG9) only after your explicit consent
Community data (visible to others)
- ×Your username, rank, activity status, and Hunter profile are publicly visible to other platform members
Workout data
- ×Workout photos are stored on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- ×Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — creating and managing your account, enforcing rank rules, sending physical items if address provided
- ×Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — Google Analytics cookies — only activated after you explicitly accept
- ×Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — platform security, fraud prevention, anti-cheat systems
Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-CPQ35Z5KG9)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Analytics cookies are only activated after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
- ×IP addresses are anonymized before transmission (anonymize_ip: true) — we never receive your full IP
- ×Data retention is set to 14 months (reduced from the 26-month default)
- ×Google may process data in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

Firebase (Google Ireland Limited)
We use the following Google Firebase services:

- ×Hosting — web server
All data is stored on Firebase infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (europe-west3), within the European Union. No user data is transferred outside the EU for storage purposes. Firebase complies with GDPR as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with Google.

How long we keep your data
- ×Account data — retained while your account is active, then deleted 30 days after deletion
- ×Google Analytics data — 14 months
- ×Optional address — deleted immediately upon your request or account deletion
- ×Server access logs — 30 days
- ×Postal address (if provided for mailing) — deleted after the item has been sent, unless you retain an account
