Terms of Service

The Hunter Association is a community platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm this. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

• ×You are responsible for the security of your login credentials
• ×You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration
• ×One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice
• ×You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• ×You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree NOT to:

• ×Submit false, fabricated, or manipulated data (e.g. fake workout logs, GPS spoofing)
• ×Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other community members in any way
• ×Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the Platform
• ×Create multiple accounts to circumvent penalties or rank systems
• ×Use the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose
• ×Upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others
• ×Impersonate any person or entity

Participation in live events (including the Hunter Exam and any other physical competitions) is entirely voluntary. By attending, you confirm that:

• ×You are in adequate physical health to participate in physical activities
• ×You accept personal responsibility for any injury sustained during participation

The organizer accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the organizer. Event rules, formats, and dates are subject to change. Registered participants will be notified of material changes.

By providing your postal address, you consent to receiving physical items from The Hunter Association (e.g. Welcome Letter, Hunter Card, rewards). Your address is used solely for this purpose and is never shared with third parties.

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to the name “The Hunter Association”, logo, design system, rank structure, quest formats, and event formats — is the exclusive property of Malek Ben Dali. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability. You may delete your account at any time by contacting chairman@thehunterassociation.com.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 60316 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

We may update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
